The $25,000 Y. M. and Y. W. H. A. membership and maintenance campaign opens Sunday night with a pre-drive banquet. Frank L. Weil, president of the Ninety-second street “Y” in New York, will be the principal speaker.
The campaign starts officially on Monday and will continue until May 16.
Herman Geller is general chairman. Other officials are Harry B. Haines and George Surosky, honorary chairmen; Miss Ruby Josephson, associate general chairman; Edward Kessler, Mrs. Charles Singer, Ben Licker, and Sadye R. Fidler, vice-chairmen; Meyer Jaffe, treasurer; and Sidney C. Kaplan, secretary.
The majors of the team are: Philip Dimond, Ben Horwich, Max Weberman, Edward Saltzman and Meyer Music.
