Faced with diminishing immigration from the former Soviet Union and Ethiopia, the Jewish Agency aims to step up its aliyah efforts elsewhere, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. The paper said the agency plans to increase its activities in Argentina, South Africa and France.
