An internal struggle among Arab factions bade fair today to prevent the scheduled departure of an Arab delegation for London to hold a conference with J. H. Thomas, Colonial Secretary, on the proposed legislative council.

Factional strife ensued after a meeting of Arab parties called to select the six members of the delegation broke up without accomplishing its purpose. The invitation to the London conference was extended by High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope for Mr. Thomas.

A delegation of Arab laborers today visited the police at the Jewish colony of Hertzliah, demanding the expulsion of Hauranis, non-Palestinian Arabs.
