Families of the victims of a Russian airplane cash will receive $10,000 each from Ukraine, according to the Russian Embassy in Kiev. Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and Vladimir Rushailo, the secretary of the Russian Security Council, reached the decision to compensate the victims of last October’s crash last week.
