“The entire spirit of Fascism is one of warlike preparedness,” declared the Rev. Kenneth Kingston at a meeting of the League Against War and Fascism here. “If war is to be avoided, this autocratic system of black shirts, silver shirts, dirty shirts and other types of Fascisti must be eliminated. Only a repudiation of Fascism and a return to honest-to-God democracy can prevent another war.”
The second congress of the League will be held in Chicago on Sept. 28 and 30.
