Five young men belonging to anti-fascist democratic youth movements were injured here today when a group of about 90 neo-fascist youths attempted to disturb a meeting here addressed by Senator Pietro Calessi, former inmate of a Nazi concentration camp and president of the Italian Association of Survivors of Nazi-Fascist Persecutions. He spoke on “Resistance Against Fascism.”
Police dispersed the crowd after fist fights developed between the neo-fascists and members of the audience.
