A Fascist, E.W. Smith, was sentenced yesterday to three months at hard labor for trying to post a bill bearing Jewish names accused of dodging conscription. The magistrate stated that the bill was calculated to raise feeling against the Jews. Two hundred persons attempted to lynch Smith when he was caught trying to post the paper.
