The Committee on Rules yesterday unanimously reported to the House the Dickstein resolution calling for a nation-wide Congressional investigation of Nazi propaganda activities. The favorable report was submitted by Representative E. E. Cox of Georgia, committee member. Under the rule by which the resolution will be considered by the House, debate will be limited to one hour, then to be followed by a vote.
The unanimous report by the committee marks an outstanding victory for Representative Dickstein, chairman of the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization, author of the proposal. The resolution is expected to come up for action in the House early next week.
