The Federal Communications Commission today ordered a hearing on March 13 at Los Angeles for G.A. Richards, radio station owner who has been accused of ordering anti-Semitism injected into newscasts on his stations. The hearing, which has long been delayed, will decide on whether or not to grant a renewal of licenses for KMPC, Los Angeles; WGAR, Cleveland; and WJR, Detroit.
