From nine until ten o’clock the dinner program will be broadcast over Station WOR so that friends of the Federation who cannot be present may listen to the proceedings. Later in the evening the dinner guests will hear President Roosevelt’s address in behalf of community support for private philanthropy, which will be broadcast over a nationwide hook-up.
