A joint insurance policy for $1,000,000 with the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies as the beneficiary will be taken by a group of members of the Real Estate Club of the Federation, it was announced Tuesday night by G. Richards Davis, president of the club, at a testimonial beefsteak dinner to Nathan Wilson, associate president, at the Hotel Biltmore.
Seven hundred of the city’s leading real estate operators and men prominent in other fields, among them Mayor Walker, Borough President Julius Miller, Commissioner of Plant and Structures Albert Goldman, Frederick Brown, Sol M. Stroock, president of the Federation and Solomon Lowenstein, executive director of the Federation, were among those who attended. Benjamin Winter, who was chairman of the committee on arrangements, presided.
