Felix M. Warburg, noted American banker, who represented American Jewish organizations at the London meeting of the German refugee Donald, of the German refugee body, sailed for America on the French liner Paris.
Mr. Warburg expressed satisfaction with negotiations carried through at the meeting in a statement issued to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. He explained that his sailing on the same ship with High Commissioner McDonald was a concidence.
