Felix M. Warburg, chairman of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, and James Becker, of Chicago, are expected to arrive here on May 5.
Mr. Warburg is coming to Moscow from Vladivostock. He will spend about three weeks in Soviet Russia, during which time he will inspect the Jewish colonies. He will then proceed to Berlin.
