The following message has been received from Felix M. Warburg, chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Jewish Agency, now in London, by Dr. Isaac Landman, editor of the “American Hebrew”:

“The Shaw report, while not satisfactory, has by touching questions outside of its field elicited valuable and probably constructive utterances on all sides. Statements made today by Prime Minister MacDonald with assent of Stanley Baldwin and Lloyd George, confirm Mandate; and I hope this will result in modus operandi for a just administration to all concerned.”
