Fewer than a third of would-be spies who browse the Mossad Web site are Israelis. Limor Friedman, head of the Internet section in the Government Advertising Bureau, said Thursday that of 1 million people to have visited the intelligence service’s site since it was launched last year, only 30.5 percent were from Israel.
