About 15 stained glass windows were broken in the Congregation Beth Halevy synagogue. Rabbi Louis Blaustein, its spiritual leader, reported yesterday. Asserting that Negro youngsters in the area, located in the Bronx, have been shouting anti Semitic insults at worshipers leaving the synagogue, Rabbi Halevy said he suspected that teenagers were responsible for the window breaking.
