Fighting in southern Lebanon claimed the lives of six Lebanese civilians and two members of Hezbollah on Thursday. Five of the Lebanese civilians were killed by a roadside bomb planted by the radical Islamic group, and one by Hezbollah shelling that had been aimed at Israeli Army posts in Lebanon. The two Hezbollah fighters were killed and a third wounded in Israeli air force strikes north of Israel’s security zone.
