Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel should aim to be one of the world’s richest countries. “I would like to set a goal — for the State of Israel, within 10 years, to be in the upper 10th percentile in terms of quality of life and individual earnings,” Netanyahu said Sunday at a news conference marking two years since he launched his austerity policies.
