Steps to prevent Jewish children from entering missionary schools in Jaffa were taken by the Jewish community here after it had been establishd that thirty-six Jewish children, from 7 to 14 years old, are being maintained in missionary institutions in Bethlehem and Tiberias.
Most of these children come from homes where the fathers deserted their families. The Jewish community of Tel Aviv has assigned $500 to combat the missionary activities among Jewish children.
