The refusal to remove a swastika decoration-the emblem of the German Fascisti and anti-Semites-cost Deputy Henning fifty marks.
Henning, who was one of the founders of the anti-Semitic Voelkische Partei, together with Wulle and Graefe, appeared in court wearing a swastika. When asked by the Judge to remove this ornament, he refused to do so, whereupon the Court fined him.
