Professor Hayim Fineman, Zionist Laborite and member of Temple University faculty, called upon Zionist youth to battle Fascist tendencies in a speech he delivered today at the second session of the Masada convention now in progress here.
He deplored the tendency toward Fascism now manifest among Jews and compared the Zionist Revisionists to Fascists. He urged Zionist youth to become acquainted with the dangers lurking behind the drift toward Fascism.
“Youth,” he declared, “must be prepared to lead the opposition against Fascism.”
Most of the day was devoted to committee meetings and preparing a national platform for Masada.
Services will be held tonight for delegates at Adath Jeshurun Synagogue. This is the second annual convention of Masada.
