The harbor here resounded to the joyous shouts of nearly 400 refugees yesterday as they marked Passover by embarking aboard the S.S. Providence for Palestine. They were the first group to depart under the British plan to divide the Palestine quota between interneos in Cyprus and Jews from the British zone in Germany, and will be the largest contingent of legal immigrants to arrive in Palestine in many months.
