The first graduation exercises of the Teacher’s Seminary of Ner Israel Rabbinical College were held here for nine graduates who took a special two-year course to qualify for posts in Jewish day schools. The Seminary is co-sponsored by Torah Umesorah, the national society for Orthodox day schools.
