First Israeli-built Freighter Turned over to Zim Line in Haifa

The first Israeli-built ship, a 3,000-ton freighter, was turned over to the Zim Company in Haifa this week, it was announced here today. Officials of Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, who checked the ship’s construction from the start, recommended it for the highest grade in its class.
