First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton is scheduled to be the featured speaker at an American Jewish Committee dinner Thursday night in Washington. Clinton is replacing U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who traveled to Europe for meetings regarding the crisis in Kosovo.
