The first Latin American WIZO (Women’s International Zionist Organization) conference closed here Friday after agreeing to establish new branches to assist women and children in Israel and to encourage Jewish education and further the Youth aliya movement. The conference lasted five days and was attended by 105 delegates from eight Latin American countries.
