The first post-war international conference of the CSE, Jewish Health Society, opened here today. The initial session of the conference was devoted to a discussion of the health problems of Jews in devastated European countries and the condition of Jews in displaced persons camps.
Greetings to the conference from Prof. Albert Einstein read in parts. “The paramount task at the present time is to restore the health of the victims of war and persecution and to return to normality the children and youngsters who survived the Nazi holocaust and in whom lies the future hope of Jewry.”
