The first Yiddish newspaper to be published in Austria in nine years will appear shortly, it was learned here today.
The newspaper, a weekly, will be entitled “Die Yiddische Welt.” Its publication follows the opening of the first Jewish print shop, equipped with Yiddish and lebrew type, since 1938, when the Nazis entered Austria.
