Fishel Lachower, noted Jewish author, critic, editor and historian of Hebrew literature, died here today at the age of 64. Lachower, who was born in Poland, made a reputation there as a Hebrew writer and critic. In 1926 he came to the United States for a brief stay and then went to Palestine where he remained since. In Palestine he edited a number of magazines and specialized in editing and collecting the works of renowned Jewish literary figures throughout the world.
