Five miners of the Donbas coal mines were sentenced to prison terms for persecuting the Jewish miner, Samuel Davidson.

Tarabaroff and Yablonowsky were sentenced to two years imprisonment each. Batitchew and Terechow were given eight months and Petrakoff six months.
