Five Israel Communists were injured and ten arrested here last night in a clash with Tel Aviv police units. Two policemen also suffered injuries.
The Communists, who belong to a group that has been staging a week-long sitdown strike at the Jewish Agency premises here, were said to have started a noisy demonstration. The demonstrators claimed that they had been discriminated against in the distribution of seed to their cooperative settlements.
