Five hundred delegates from 50 countries are expected to attend the international conference on Soviet Jewry scheduled for Brussels later this month, the general secretary of the Latin American Jewish Congress told a news conference here today. The secretary, Marc Turkow, stressed that the Brussels meeting was intended to be pro-Jewish, not anti-Soviet.
