A second cable has arrived from Russian Jews expressing horror at the bus ambush that killed eight Israeli school children and four adults near the Lebanese border last Friday. The cable was received at the Rambam Hospital in Haifa where children and adults wounded in the terrorist attack are being treated. It came from Riga, Latvia and was signed by five persons, Portnoy, Miller, Glazer, Goldschmidt and Feigin. Last week the hospital had a similar cable signed by nine Jews from Leningrad.
