Five Lebanese youth, captured off Tel Aviv in a motor-boat, said today they wanted to remain in Israel.
They told a magistrate that they had left Lebanon permanently and that they had intended to land on the African coast. When they ran out of fuel, the spot was near Tel Aviv which they thought was an African city. They were detained for 15 days pending an investigation.
