Five Tunisians were arrested here Sunday on suspicion of membership in a terrorist organization. Police who raided their flat and seized quantities of arms and explosives would not say whether the suspects belong to Abu Nidal’s extremist terrorist gang or to the mainstream Palestine Liberation Organization which is headquartered in Tunis.
