Five leaders of the Zionist Revisionist movement in Rumania were sentenced this week in Bucharest to various terms of imprisonment ranging from 12 to 18 years, according to reports reaching here today. They had been under arrest for two years.
The trial of the five was held in camera, but further trials of arrested Zionist leaders are expected to be public, accompanied by “confessions,” the information reaching here indicated. Among those under arrest are a number of leaders of the pro-Soviet Hashomer Hatzair Party.
