The flag of Israel was unfurled today from City Hall by Mayor Bernard Samuel of this city. Judge Louis E. Levinthal, former president of the Zionist Organization of America, Judge Harry E. Kalodner, president of the Philadelphia Zionist Organization, Rabbi Max D. Klein and others participated in the hoisting of the flag ceremonies.
