Rabbi Lazarus Axelrod, who served as spiritual leader in Miami Beach, Florida, was inducted as rabbi at the Beach Hebrew Institute here by Rabbi Maurice N. Eisendrath.
Rabbi Axelrod is a native of Liverpool and a graduate of the Hebron Rabbinical College in Palestine.
