Florida’s insurance commissioner unveiled a plan to provide free home health care to some 10,000 Holocaust survivors living in the state. Nelson added that he would urge the panel to approve up to $10 million for the proposal, using funds already deposited into an account by European insurers suspected of not honoring survivors’ policies.
