Prime Minister Levi Eshkol announced to the Cabinet today that 15 business leaders and financiers from abroad would join 15 Israeli businessmen at a follow-up meeting to the world economic conference held here last June. They will study the effectiveness of plans formulated at the June conference regarding investments, production, marketing and Israeli exports. The foreign businessmen are regional committee heads appointed at the June conference.
Mr. Eshkol attended his first Cabinet meeting since being confined to bed with a virus infection two weeks ago. A major political statement he was to make before the Knesset (Parliament) tomorrow has been postponed for a week pending receipt of additional information from Foreign Minister Abba Eban on the prospects of peace talks with the Arabs. Mr. Eban is at the United Nations.
