Alexander Klein, a Rumanian Jewish war veteran whose both hands have been paralyzed for seventeen years, today opened an exhibition of pictures he painted with his right foot.
The paintings, being shown at the offices of the Jewish War Veterans, are of recognized quality. Klein started training himself to paint with his foot shortly after he became paralyzed as a result of injuries sustained at the front.
