For a period of nine nights, millions of TV viewers all over the country watched the American NBC Holocaust series, presented nationwide by TV-GLOBO, the largest television chain in Brazil. The series ended Dec. I. The Polish Ambassador to Brazil, Jan Kinast, had asked to delete from Holocaust a three-minute scene showing uniformed Poles, together with Nazi SS, killing Jews. He said this was not a true reflection of the real acts. His request was denied.
