For the first time in the history of Purdue University, a rabbi preached at the all-university religious service this week. He was Dr. Victor E. Reichert, associate rabbi of the Rockdale Avenue Temple, Cincinnati.
Rabbi Reichert spoke on “What Is Judaism,” and was preceded by two Jewish students who read portions of the Jewish service. Dr. W. H. Elliott, president of the university, presided.
