Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan of Israel will pay an official two day visit to France this month during which he will meet President Valery Giscard d’Estaing and top French officials. Dayan; who is due to arrive here Jan. 29, will review franca-Israeli ties and will also pave the way for Premier Menachem Begin’s own official visit to France. Giscard reiterated his invitation to Begin shortly after his election in May 1977. Various difficulties have since prevented the visit from taking place.
