A society of rabbis is being formed in West Germany “to safeguard the honor and prestige” of rabbis, which was “greatly harmed” recently as a result of the trial of Munich Chief Rabbi Aaron Orenstein, Rabbi A. Holzer of Hamburg announced at a meeting of the Central Committee of German Jews.
