Mordecai Namir, former Israel Minister to the Soviet Union, who resigned his post, returned to Israel yesterday.
Addressing a news conference, Mr. Namir stated that relations between the Soviet and Israel Governments continue to be cordial. Israel’s gift of medical supplies to United Nations forces fighting Communist aggression in Korea did not evoke unfavorable reaction in Moscow, he reported.
