The United States Immigration and Naturalization Service today recommended that Professor Edward V. Sittler. former Nazi collaborator, be denied restoration of his American citizenship which he renounced to serve Hitler in World War II. U.S. authorities ruled he failed to prove he had been “attached to the Constitution and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States.”
