Mousa El Alami, a former leader of the Palestinian Arab nationalist movement, was given a ceremonial welcome by the Israel military governor and senior officials when he returned to his home in Jericho yesterday for the first time since the June, 1967 Six Day War. Though an Arab militant at the time of Israel’s war for independence in 1948, Mr. Alami became disillusioned with the nationalist movement.
