Former Premier David Ben-Gurion announced during a Mapai secretariat meeting here this weekend that he will no longer deal openly with either foreign or security problems. He said he has made this decision because he has absolute confidence in the way Prime Minister Levi Eshkol, Foreign Minister Meir and Deputy Defense Minister Shimon Peres have been dealing with these problems.
