Miguel Aleman, ex-President of Mexico, today accepted an invitation to visit Israel. The invitation was extended to him publicly by Menahem W. Loval, Israel’s charge d’affaires accredited to the Mexican Government.
Mr. Aleman accepted the invitation after it was tendered at a luncheon here given in honor of Meir de Shalit, director of Israel’s Bureau for Tourism. Mr. Aleman holds a corresponding post here with the Mexican Government. Mr. de Shalit is in Mexico as head of the Israeli delegation to the current sessions here of the International Conference of Tourist Agencies.
